So it will destroy a Dragon even if 'Lord of D.' is in play, etc. If destroyed by 'Dark Ruler Ha Des', etc., the effect of 'Yomi Ship' is negated. [Re: Shinato, King of a Higher Plane] If 'Shinato, King of a Higher Plane' is destroyed before monsters are sent to the Graveyard, for example if removed from play by 'D.D. Warrior Lady', his effect does not activate.
